**Functieomschrijving**:
Deze vacature als HR Admin Officer (of vestigingsadministrator zoals we dit bij Facilicom noemen) zal worden tewerkgesteld op ons kantoor in Zaventem. Het kantoor is het kloppend hart van alle operaties rond onze schoonmaakactiviteiten in en rond Brussel. Dagelijks zijn hier meer dan 1.000 schoonmaakmedewerkers aan de slag op honderden locaties.Als vestigingsadministrator ben jij verantwoordelijk voor een perfecte administratieve opvolging van het reilen en zeilen binnen het kantoor Zaventem. Je mag daarbij denken aan;
- voorbereiden van de personeelsadministratie,
- opmaken van sociale documenten,
- voorbereiding van de facturatie, etc.

Daarnaast hou je ervan onze medewerkers en klanten vlot telefonisch te woord te staan. Een werkdag vol afwisseling houdt het werk voor jou interessant en zorgt ervoor dat je iedere ochtend met een glimlach toekomt De ideale collega om ons team te versterken:

- Is een echte administratieve duizendpoot die van afwisseling houdt.
- Ziét werk en probeert op een effectieve manier collega’s te ontzorgen.
- Denkt oplossingsgericht en is plichtsbewust: draagt bij tot het verbeteren van processen en procedures.
- Is stressbestendig, communicatievaardig en heeft de nodige tact.
- Kan zijn/haar mannetje staan in een complexe omgeving.
- Je hebt bij voorkeur de opleiding doorlopen binnen Office Management of HR of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
- Je bent perfect tweetalig Nederlands/Frans.
- Je hebt een goede kennis van MS Office (Word & Excel).
- Je bent communicatief en werkt nauwkeurig- Thuiswerken is niet mogelijk omdat er dagelijks schoonmakers over de vloer komen met vragen rond loon ed.
- Loon: max €3300, netto dagvergoeding €5, hospitalisatie
- en groepsverzekering, eco-cheques
- van maandag tem vrijdag: 8u30 tem 17u (30min pauze)
- 12 ADV dagen bovenop uw jaarlijkse verlof
