**DESCRIPTION GENERALE**:
Le titulaire de la fonction « Technicien de mise en service » devra réaliser la mise en service, la maintenance, le diagnostic des défaillances et la réparation de produits de signalisation sur les sites d’intégration (mise en service d’un nouveau produit) et d’exploitation (intervention sur produit déjà installé) conformément aux documents et spécifications mis à sa disposition.

**RESPONSABILITES SPECIFIQUES**:
Le Technicien est garant de la conformité du matériel mis en service ou réparé en concordance avec les procédures et spécifications mis à sa disposition. En cas de problème, la hiérarchie est informée et décide des actions à entreprendre.

**_Préparation de la mission_**
- Garantir les conditions logistiques de la mission (documents techniques, outils, véhicule, disponibilité du matériel,) en communiquant avec le client.

**_Mise en service des produits_**
- Avant de commencer l’activité, s’assurer, en accord avec le responsable du site (client) et/ou le technicien présent, que les règles de sécurité pour travailler sous tension sont réunies.
- Vérifier que les outils de test (testeur, multimètre, oscilloscope, appareil de mesure) soient en parfait état de fonctionnement et calibrés.
- Dérouler les tests en conformité avec la procédure et la spécification du produit.
- Remplacer le matériel défectueux et s’assurer de sa réparation dans le respect des procédures en vigueur.
- Lors d’une non-conformité constatée pendant la phase de mise en service, effectuer un retour d’expérience (REX) vers le projet.
- Faire le suivi de cette non-conformité jusqu’à sa clôture.
- Si besoin, superviser le travail d’installation et coordonner les activités d’une à deux personnes (sous-traitant, client, collègue) en veillant au respect des consignes d’installation et de sécurité.
- Etablir et classer un rapport de mise en service ou d’intervention validé par le management.

**PROFIL**

**Formation/Expérience**:Bachelier technique en électronique ou électricité ou expérience équivalente dans une fonction en milieu industriel

**Connaissances et compétences**
- Microsoft Office : niveau opérationnel
- Acrobat Reader et logiciels de test : niveau opérationnel
- Anglais : très bonne connaissance
- Néerlandais et/ou allemand: bonne connaissance
- Habilitations BA5 et VCA sont un plus
- Connaissance en électronique appliquée
- Connaissance des produits de signalisation ferroviaire (armoires câblées, rack)
- Connaissance des normes concernant les assemblages électriques et mécaniques
- S’adapter à de nouvelles situations de travail et à de nouveaux outils
- Analyser et résoudre des problèmes
- Préparer et effectuer son travail seul
- Travailler en coopération avec différents intervenants
- Réagir positivement dans une situation d’urgence
- Communiquer de manière factuelle et synthétique les informations nécessaires au déroulement de l’activité
- Permis de conduire (B)

**Lieu**: Charleroi. Déplacements fréquents et parfois imprévus (y compris dans l’urgence) en Belgique et à l’étranger. Travail possible de nuit et pendant les week-ends et jours fériés
