**Reception**
- Be the face of Hotel Hubert, greeting guests with a warm smile and a friendly hello.
- Swiftly check-in/check-out guests with efficiency.
- Keep the reception area looking sharp and inviting.

**Guest Relations**
- Roll out the red carpet for all guests upon arrival.
- Lend a hand with luggage and guide guests to their rooms with a friendly chat.
- Be the go-to expert for all things Brussels, from must-see attractions to the best local dining spots.
- Turn frowns upside down by resolving guest issues promptly and professionally.

**Bar**
- Take charge of the bar area, ensuring it’s stocked, spotless, and ready to impress.
- Shake, stir, and pour beverages like a pro, from classic cocktails to refreshing non-alcoholic drinks.
- Create a lively and welcoming vibe at the bar, getting to know guests and making them feel at home.
- Keep an eye on inventory and ensure supplies are always on hand for the next round.

**What are we looking for ?**
- You **effortlessly speak English **to communicate with our international clientele. Proficiency in French, Dutch or any other language is advantageous
- You're a **student in hospitality or a related field**, but what truly counts is **your vibrant personality**:customer-focused, inherently diplomatic, and driven to provide exceptional service that surpasses expectations.
- You have **an internship agreement starting from December - January 2025**, ideally **for a minimum of three months (but six months would be even more perfect).**

- You will **develop practical skills** in **hotel management** and **customer service**.
