**LE TRAVAIL**:
L’objectif de votre fonction : conserver une vue globale de tous les projets en cours au sein du programme SCM et soutenir les différent.e.s chef.fe.s de projet à partir de sa propre expertise en project management, faire rapport à ce sujet aux collaborateur.rice.s ainsi qu’au management, afin de garantir que tous les projets soient livrés conformément à la gouvernance de projet et aux exigences prédéfinies en matière de scope, de budget et de timing.

Cela comprend les tâches suivantes:

- Vous gardez un aperçu transversal des différents projets en cours au sein de l’entité et détectez les interdépendances afin de fournir des conseils ciblés et de créer d’éventuelles synergies.
- Vous suivez en permanence les projets en cours et les confrontez aux objectifs, aux délais et aux exigences de qualité prédéfinis. Vous apportez un soutien approprié lorsque cela est nécessaire.
- Vous veillez à ce que les rapports sur les projets fournis au management et aux stakeholders soient corrects.
- Vous contribuez à l'optimisation et à la mise en œuvre de procédures, de méthodologies, d'outils et/ou de processus afin d'accroître l'efficacité du fonctionnement du projet.
- Vous contrôlez la gouvernance du projet : vous vous assurez que les décisions soient prises au bon niveau et que les rôles et responsabilités soient conformes aux règles et procédures internes.
- Vous organisez des réunions de concertation, de prise de décision et de reporting avec les stakeholders internes et externes et veillez à assurer un bon dialogue au cours de la collaboration.
- Vous êtes le point de contact pour toute question relative à la méthodologie de projet. Vous vous tenez constamment au courant des évolutions et des développements dans votre domaine.Il s’agit d’une fonction de niveau rang 3, et de classe 7 selon le New Reward Plan (NRP).

**Grade de référence **:Conseiller, Ingénieur, Ingénieur civil, Chef des circulations niveau 1/niveau 2
- Vous êtes titulaire d’un diplôme de Master ou avez une expérience équivalente.
- Vous avez au moins 4 ans d'expérience professionnelle et pouvez fournir au moins une référence en tant que PMO dans un environnement technique similaire.
- Vous connaissez les outils de gestion de projet (MS Project, Suite Microsoft Office,...).
- Vous maîtrisez le français et avez une bonne connaissance du néerlandais, ou inversement.
- Vous êtes structuré(e), pragmatique et orienté(e) résultats.
- Vous êtes un.e véritable meneur.se, prenez des initiatives, proposez des solutions concrètes et planifiez votre travail et vos priorités de manière autonome.
- Vous avez un grand sens des responsabilités pour mener à bien le programme SCM. Vous avez un sens aigu de la communication et êtes capable d'obtenir l’engagement tant de la direction que des fonctions exécutantes.Nous considérons la diversité comme une vraie richesse.
