Het Clinical Trial Center (CTC UZA) werft een kwaliteitscoördinator klinische studies aan binnen het CTC UZA. De kwaliteitscoördinator zal deel uitmaken van het CTC UZA en toezien op de verschillende processen en procedures met betrekking tot klinische studies, zowel centraal op het CTC als decentraal op de medische departementen.

**Wat ga je doen?**:

- Eerste aanspreekpunt binnen UZA voor vragen omtrent kwaliteit binnen klinische studies, zowel op het CTC en medische departementen;
- Garanderen en optimaliseren van de kwaliteit van de klinische studie binnen het Universitair Ziekenhuis Antwerpen;
- Uitvoeren van kwaliteitsanalyses en interne audits op klinische studies;
- Overzien van implementatie van kwaliteitsverbeteringen;
- Informeert de studie medewerkers en onderzoeksteam omtrent de doorgevoerde veranderingen binnen klinische studies;
- Legt de procedures, processen en kwaliteitsprojecten vast in Standaard Operationele Procedures, Werk Instructies en/of Kwaliteitshandboek Klinische Studies;
- Het beheren en onderhouden van essentiële documenten en archieven die verband houden met de klinisch studies. Dit omvat het zorgen voor nauwkeurige documentatie, versiebeheer, opslag en archivering van documenten volgens de vereiste richtlijnen en procedures;
- Het verstrekken van training en begeleiding aan studiemedewerkers met betrekking tot regelgeving, kwaliteitsnormen en GCP-richtlijnen. Dit kan het organiseren en geven van trainingssessies, workshops en het ontwikkelen van trainingsmaterialen omvatten;
- Ondersteunen/organiseren/geven van opleidingsmomenten;
- Uitvoerende en ondersteunde rol uiteenlopende projecten binnen CTC met betrekking op klinische studies;
- Adviserende/ondersteunende rol bij het opmaken van onderzoeksvoorstel, verzamelen van de benodigde documentatie, review onderzoeksvoorstel, opmaak studiebudgetten bij het indienen van projectaanvragen voor financiering.

**Wie zoeken we?**:

- Je behaalde paramedisch of verpleegkundig diploma;
- Kennis betreffende ICH-GCP E6R2 en wet
- & regelgeving met betrekking tot klinisch onderzoek is een vereiste;
- Je kan vlot communiceren in het Nederlands en Engels (mondeling en schriftelijk);
- Je beschikt over goede informaticakennis (Office toepassingen en referentiesoftware, SharePoint);
- Ervaring in klinisch onderzoek is een vereiste;
- Ervaring in het geven van opleidingen en trainingen is een meerwaarde;
- Je kan zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband werken;
- Je beschikt over verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel.
