Administratief Medewerker Clinical Trial Center

Het Universitair Ziekenhuis Antwerpen (UZA) werft een administratieve medewerker aan voor de ondersteuning en uitvoering van de taken van het Clinical Trial Center (CTC). Het Clinical Trial Center adviseert onderzoekers en ondersteunt praktisch de verschillende onderzoeksteams van het UZA bij de uitvoering van een klinische studie.
Wat ga je doen?
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het opvolgen van projecten van A tot Z
- Je beheert verschillende databanken voor klinische studies (aanmaak studies en gebruikers)
- Je maakt rapporten aan voor de UZA-directie en verschillende UZA-departementen
- Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor het CTC en verwijst door waar nodig
- Je ondersteunt mee de aanvraag van (klinische) studies op administratief vlak en zorgt dat de dossiers volledig zijn
- Je kan vlot samenwerken met andere diensten (bv. juridische dienst, Biobank )
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de facturatie van studies die het CTC leidt
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het uitsturen van communicatie met betrekking tot klinische studies, zowel in UZA als met externe partners (bv. aanpassingen UZA-procedures, uitnodigingen voor opleidingen, etc.)
- Je ondersteunt mee de administratieve taken van verschillende onderzoeksprojecten (bv. opvolging handtekeningen, vergaderingen plannen,)
- Je ondersteunt de administratieve taken van het CTC (bv. organiseren en ondersteuning bij geven van CTC-opleidingen in UZA, vergaderingen inplannen en verslagen opmaken,)
- Je bent bereid om face-o-face opleiding te geven
Wie zoeken we?
- Je hebt een bachelor diploma in een relevante richting of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
- Kennis van en ervaring met de werking van een zorginstelling, ziekenhuiswetgeving en Riziv-regelgeving vormen een vereiste
- Je stimuleert een goede samenwerking met andere diensten door een correcte en constructieve communicatie
- Je beschikt over sterk analytische vaardigheden, werkt punctueel en kan de nodige prioriteiten stellen
- Een medische achtergrond is een pluspunt
- Je bent perfect Nederlandstalig en hebt een goede kennis van het Frans
- Je bent discreet en respecteert te allen tijde de privacy en het beroepsgeheim
- Je kan zowel zelfstandig als in een team goed functioneren
- Je bent vertrouwd met de courante Office toepassingen
