**Over de organisatie**
Het bedrijf is een bekende speler in de **logistieke sector **waarbij er **3 personen** op Brucargo werken. Ze willen op korte termijn graag **uitbreiden naar 5 personen**. Je werkt **38 uren per week **waarbij je kan starten tussen 8 uur en 9 uur. Wekelijks heb je de mogelijkheid om **1 dag thuis te werken**. Op jaarbasis heb je **30 verlofdagen**
**Jouw nieuwe functie**
Als **Freight Forwarder** heb je een uitgebreid takenpakket waarbij je expeditiedossiers opvolgt van a-z. Je behandelt de luchtvrachtorders volgens de gevraagde en vooraf opgelegde procedures. Je maakt de expeditiedossiers aan, geeft afhalingen/ophalingen door bij de externe transporteurs en doet de coördinatie van de zending. Hiervoor boek je vluchten bij onderaannemers (airlines en baanvervoerders) en zorgt dat alle (douane)documenten tijdig opgevraagd worden.
Je hebt in deze job veel verantwoordelijkheid waardoor je **dossiers opvolgt van a-z** en hiervoor heb je zowel veel externe contacten (klanten, agenten, leveranciers,) en collega’s uit Antwerpen en andere landen.
**Jouw profiel**
Hays is op zoek naar een **Freight Forwarder **die idealiter beantwoordt aan onderstaande criteria:
- Je communiceert vlot mondeling en schriftelijk in het **Nederlands en Engels.**
- Je beschikt over een **eerste relevante werkervaring** als **freight forwarder of expediteur **waarbij je dossiers opvolgde van a-z
- Gemotiveerde **schoolverlaters met een bachelordiploma logistiek management **komen ook in aanmerking
- Je bent **verantwoordelijk** en volgt graag dossiers **nauwkeurig** op.
- Tenslotte ben je** klantgericht **waarbij je een uitstekende service verleent en alles kan **opvolgen van a-z**
