je komt terecht in het tof commercieel team waarin je verantwoordelijk zal zijn voor het opmaken en opvolgen van de transportorders van klanten zowel commercieel als administratief.
- je staat in voor de correcte communicatie met de klant, alle informatie toe te voegen aan het TMS Systeem en daarboven ook nog alles zeer duidelijk te communiceren met jouw collega's van dispatching.
- je houdt je bezig met het inboeken van orders, prijzen opzoeken en communiceren, het aanmaken van klachtendossiers en de desbetreffende informatie doorsturen naar de dienst boekhouding.
- je neemt de volledige communicatie per telefoon of mail voor je rekening omtrent laad -en los afspraken.

**Jouw profiel**:

- je behaalde min.bachelor diploma of hebt min. 5 jaar ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie.
- je hebt kennis van nationaal en internationaal wegennet.
- je hebt een zeer goede kennis van de Nederlandse, Franse en Engelse taal in woord en geschrift.
- je bent proactief, sterk klantgericht en hebt waanzinnige communicatieskills.
- je bent een doorzetter en ziet nooit een probleem maar alleen maar "uitdagingen".
- je bezit een goede kennis van het MS Office pakket (Excel, Outlook, Word)

**Jouw competenties**:

- Telefonische oproepen ontvangen Klanten informeren (opvolging van de bestelling, informatie,...)
- De vraag van de klant technisch en commercieel onderzoeken (termijn van fabricatie, beschikbaarheid van producten, kost,...)
- Kostenramingen opstellen Technische en commerciële gegevens overmaken aan klanten, verkopers,... (planning, prijs, betaling,...)
- Bestellingen registreren Voorwaarden controleren (leveringstermijnen, verpakkingswijze,...) De klant of de verkoper erover inlichten
- De betaling van bestellingen opvolgen (voorwaarden, facturatie,...) of overmaken aan de betreffende dienst (boekhouding, juridische zaken,...)
- Klanten of leveranciers opvolgen Oplossingen voorstellen in geval van problemen (levering, garantie, reglement,...)
- Klanten: Bedrijven
- Klanten: Groepen, grote ondernemingen
- Klanten: Groothandel
- Klanten: Overheden, administratie
