Onze klant is een internationale wereldspeler binnen de logistiek. Ze blinken uit in verschillende divisies, daardoor kunnen ze hun klanten meerdere services aanbieden in verschillende sectoren.

Functieomschrijving*
- Voor onze klant in Wilrijk zijn wij op zoek naar een integratie lead.
- Jij zorgt voor een verdere integratie en verbetering van het inhouse ontwikkelde WMS systeem.
- Je behoort tot een tof team dat de logistieke stromen van een belangrijke klant beheert.
- Er zal gewerkt worden op het gebied van WMS, TMS, Douane, Automatisering, EDI, Rapportage etc.
- Naast de integratie lead taken krijg je de kans om te leren in een breder vakgebied zoals 'key account management', 'facility management' of ' project management'.
- Je bespreekt en valideert de verwachtingen van verschillende interne afdelingen (magazijn, transport, douane), van externe leveranciers (automatisering, software, hardware) en de klanten.
- Je tracht deze te vertalen naar een bedrijfsproces en je maakt een analyse waar de hiaten zitten en een mogelijke oplossing kan zijn.
- Je bent de Project IT lead binnen het projectteam en je beheert het budget, tijd en scope op het IT-WMS gedeelte.
- Je delegeert alle IT-taken naar de verschillende teams binnen de afdelingen en andere IT-partners.
- Daarnaast zal je instaan voor de organisatie en coördinatie van gebruikersacceptatietesten met de afdelingen en externe leveranciers.

Profiel*
- Wij zoeken voor onze klant in Wilrijk iemand die leergierig is en met een bachelor denkniveau.
- Daarnaast heb je voor deze Integration Lead functie zeker ook analytische vaardigheden nodig.
- Je bent flexibel om prioriteiten te stellen op basis van de behoeften van de klant.
- Ervaring met modellering en notatie van bedrijfsprocessen is een pré.
- Ervaring in logistieke systemen is een vereiste en je hebt een sterke affiniteit met IT.
- Een goede communicatie voeren is voor jou geen probleem.
- Je hebt reeds eerder aan projectmanagement gedaan en dat vond jij erg tof om te doen.
- Je spreekt zeer goed Nederlands, Engels en Frans.
