**_ Bringme’s_**_ digitale receptie voor bedrijven en digitale conciërge voor residenties veroveren de markt in een sneltempo, waardoor we tegenwoordig onze stempel drukken op het leven van honderdduizenden mensen. Ons partnerbedrijf _**_Phished_**_ helpt bedrijven om hun medewerkers op te leiden op vlak van cybersecurity. In amper twee jaar tijd bouwden ze een portefeuille van 250 klanten in België, Nederland en het Verenigd Koninkrijk uit. Zo’n groei, dat vraagt om hulp - hoog tijd om de ICT-afdeling te versterken._
We zijn op zoek naar een Security Officer and System Administrator die Bringme én Phished om ons ICT-departement te ondersteunen. Iemand die er helemaal voor gaat. En dus ook graag in vast dienstverband wil werken.
**Wat je job inhoudt**
- Het ontwikkelen en implementeren van veiligheidsrichtlijnen, protocollen en procedures om bedrijfs
- en klantengegevens te beschermen, compliant met relevante wettelijke en industriële standaarden zoals ISO27001 en SOC2.
- Toezicht houden op en beheren van het ontwerp, de installatie, het onderhoud en de monitoring van de systemen, netwerkinfrastructuur en servers van onze organisatie.
- Het beoordelen van de IT-infrastructuur op kwetsbaarheden, het inschatten van risico's en het aanbevelen van passende beveiligingsmaatregelen en verbeteringen.
- Samenwerken met multidisciplinaire teams om potentiële beveiligingsincidenten te identificeren, erop te reageren en te verminderen, en tijdens het incidentrespons
- en herstelproces begeleiding en ondersteuning te bieden.
- Beheren van de administratie van gebruikerstoegangscontroles, machtigingen en authenticatieprotocollen voor verschillende systemen en applicaties.
- Regelmatig uitvoeren van beveiligingsaudits en kwetsbaarheidsevaluaties, waarbij rapporten worden gegenereerd en aanbevelingen worden verstrekt aan het management voor het verhelpen van eventuele problemen.
- Samenwerken met interne teams en externe leveranciers om hardware-, software
- en licentievereisten te beheren en te onderhouden.
- Ontwikkelen en onderhouden van documentatie met betrekking tot systeembeheer, beveiligingsbeleid, procedures en infrastructuurtopologie.
- Technische mentorbegeleiding bieden in samenwerking met andere leden van ons IT-team.
- Op de hoogte blijven van trends in de branche, opkomende technologieën en best practices op het gebied van systeembeheer en cybersecurity, kennis delen met het team en indien nodig verbeteringen implementeren.
**Must-haves**
- Bachelor in Computerwetenschappen, Toegepaste Informatica, of een gelijkaardige studie.
- Minstens vijf jaar ervaring in systeembeheer, met focus op veiligheid.
- Ervaring met cloud platforms en services (Azure, Office365, GCP) is een must.
- Geavanceerde kennis van besturingssystemen (Windows, Linux, macOS), netwerken en virtualisatietechnologieën.
- Aantoonbare ervaring met cybersecurity tools en -technologieën en best practices.
- Perfect begrip van netwerkprotocollen, firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, en VPN and Zero Trust technologieën.
- Kennis van beveiligingskaders, standaarden en voorschriften zoals ISO27001, GDPR en SOC2
- Professionele certificeringen zoals CISSP, CISM, CompTIA Security+ of vergelijkbaar worden beschouwd als een pluspunt.
- Uitstekende probleemoplossende, analytische en communicatieve vaardigheden.
- Vermogen om zelfstandig te werken en als onderdeel van een team in een snel veranderende, dynamische omgeving.
