**Your role**

As **Business Analyst**, you act as the **real right-hand man of the Financial Coordinator**. You join the **Finance department,** but work as a **cross-functional partner** with close ties to many internal and external stakeholders.

Bringing your experience & skills to the company, you will thus **become a key element** in carrying out the following tasks and missions:

- You will work hand in hand with Project Manager(s) to **implement local/transversal or Strategic Projects** (where the Department is impacted/involved)
- You will actively **participate in the development and growth** of the company by carrying out **specific analyzes** requested by Top Management in collaboration with the financial department.
- You will **help the department's managers** in their daily relation with ICT developers for their **systems improvement needs**:

- You **report to Head of Controlling**, who, through his coaching, ensures your development and supports you in achieving your objectives.

**Your profile**
- You have a **Bachelor's/Master's** degree in an economic or financial field,
- You have a first proven experience (at least five years) in a **finance and project-oriented position**. Accounting & Credit knowledges are a plus,
- You have an **analytical mindset**; **strong thinking and reasoning** skills, and you are used to **play with numbers and large datasets**,
- you can provide/deliver a **clear nutshell vision** to different stakeholders,
- You are more than **comfortable** with classical tools like **Excel, **or **BI tools**. _Knowledge of Cognos or PowerBI is a plus,_
- You are **eager to learn**, **stress resistant** (“_meet the deadlines”_), **“Out of the box”** thinker and can act as a **_“Swiss-Knife”_** to manage various topics,
- You are bilingual EN / FR and you speak Dutch fluently.
