..**Wat doe je?**:
**Financiële rapportering & budgettering**.Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het opstellen van budgetten, forecast(s) en variantieanalyses waaronder het vertalen van financiële analyses naar managementinformatie en -presentaties. Het maken van periodieke analyses van de actuele financiële prestaties ten opzichte van het budget en forecast.
**Analyse & modellering. **Je verzamelt, analyseert, modelleert en interpreteert de operationele, HR en financiële gegevens en brengt verbanden aan die resulteren in bruikbare modellen voor bijvoorbeeld kostprijsberekeningen, abc costing, etc.
**Business partnering. **Als Finance controller bewaak je actuals, forecast en budget, en licht je de analyses rond cijfers/rapportages toe aan de verantwoordelijken van de toegewezen departementen. Je brengt proactief financiële risico’s in kaart en adviseert directief oplossingen en verbeteringen in financiële processen en systemen van de toegewezen projecten. Als Finance Controller neem je actie zodat deze geaccepteerd en doorgevoerd worden.
**Projecten. **Je zult op regelmatige tijdstippen deelnemen aan multidisciplinaire teams die binnen WEngage projecten implementeren.
**Waarin zal je uitblinken?**:
De **accuraatheid** waarmee je tewerk gaat is als Finance Controller cruciaal. Cijfers en rapportage dienen ten slotte correct te zijn, tijdig opgeleverd te worden en duidelijk gestructureerd te zijn.
**Zelfstandig en discreet** te werk gaan zijn voor jou vanzelfsprekend in de rol van Finance Controller.
**Analytisch vermogen & financieel inzicht** zijn jouw grootste talenten. Als controller dien je verbanden te kunnen leggen, complexe gegevens te kunnen ontcijferen en dien je daaropvolgend de gegevens om te zetten in bruikbare datasets, rapportages en presentaties.
**Wat heb je reeds verworven?**
Master in een economische richting of gelijkwaardig door minimum 5 ervaring in een gelijk(w)aardige functie.
Doorgedreven kennis Excel is een must, kennis CRM MS Dynamics en Power BI is een troef.
