The IT infrastructure and information systems security project portfolios manage the evolution of the IT infrastructure.;
Sibelga is therefore looking for an Infrastructure Portfolio Manager to manage these two project portfolios.
In this function, he/she will report to the Team Manager Projects ; Changes and will work closely with all the Team Managers and Team Leads of IT Production. He will also interface with the PMO (Project Management Office).
MISSION:
As Portfolio Manager Infrastructure, you will be responsible for the following:
- Portfolio Management:
- You will be responsible for prioritising the projects in the project portfolios for which you are responsible
- You consolidate the needs of the Corporate Roadmap, whose resources you share, for the Infrastructure tracks
- You will ensure that resources are aligned with the workloads requested, in terms of quantities and profiles required
- You establish and manage the reporting on your project portfolio and ensure correct top-down and bottom-up communication
- You collaborate in the elaboration of the Infrastructure Roadmap and steer its execution
- In collaboration with the Security Officer, you steer the execution of the Security Roadmap
COMPETENCES CLES:
- You have a master degree in a scientific or economic orientation (civil engineer, Master's degree in computer science, management, etc.) or with a long-standing equivalent (industrial engineer, etc.).
- You have proven experience in project portfolio management (5 years)
- You have a certification in project management
- You have experience of project management tools, knowledge of Planview is a plus
- You have a recognized competence in the fields of IT infrastructure (Virtualization, Storage, Cloud...)
- You are rigorous and methodical
- You are fluent in French or Dutch and have a good knowledge of the other language. You are fluent in professional technical English.
