**Fonction**:
Le Project Management Officer (PMO) contribue aux processus de gestion de la demande et assure la gestion du portefeuille de projets dans le périmètre du Technology Department.

Vous assurez le suivi des projets (périmètres, coûts, délais, étapes majeures, avancement, modifications, risques), consolidez ces informations, les analysez et faites des recommandations pour faciliter la prise de décision aux organes de direction appropriés.

**Vous serez responsable des domaines suivants**:
Pilotage de projets

Vous assurez le suivi de l'exécution des projets (planification, étapes majeures, risques, budget, dépendances).

Contribuer à l'amélioration continue des méthodes, des outils et des normes pour l'exécution des projets.

Travailler en coordination avec l'expert en assurance qualité pour garantir l'utilisation de méthodes standard de gestion de projets (inspirées de la méthodologie Prince II et prenant en compte le cycle de vie de la livraison de logiciels).

Être responsable de la réalisation des configurations de l'outil de gestion des projets Planview, nécessaires pour obtenir un Reporting approprié (projet et portefeuille) ;
Gestion de portefeuille

Vous contribuez à la définition annuelle du portefeuille de référence et à la réévaluation trimestrielle, en mettant l'accent sur les projets ayant une composante informatique.

Vous superviser la standardisation dans la collecte de la demande et dans la soumission de modifications aux projets existants et assurer une bonne compréhension et qualification avec l'implication des parties prenantes du Technology Department.

Faciliter l'arbitrage et faire des recommandations pour assurer l'alignement des objectifs stratégiques et des priorités organisationnelles.

Être responsable de l'élaboration et du suivi de la planification des capacités du Technology Department en collaboration avec les gestionnaires de ressources et les chefs de projet et de veiller à l'adéquation entre la demande du Business et la capacité disponible et budgétisée ('supply').

Regrouper les contributions du management du Technology Department et partager les résultats avec le Strategy Office.

Vous disposez d'une vue consolidée sur les étapes majeures et les dépendances de l'ensemble des projets du portefeuille dans le périmètre du Technology Department.

Vous réalisez le rapport consolidé pour information aux parties prenantes des organes de direction et faire des recommandations pour faciliter la prise de décision. Être proactif, clair et concis.

Vous dirigez la réalisation des avantages liés aux projets "IT driven" de la branche Technology.

Vous contribuer à l'amélioration continue des processus liés à la gestion de portefeuille.

Profil

Formations professionnelles et certificats

Vous êtes titulaire d'un master ou équivalent par expérience.

Une certification en 'Project Management' (PMP, Prince II) est un atout.

Une certification en 'Portfolio Management Office' est un atout.

Avoir une bonne compréhension des dépendances techniques et organisationnelles au sein de l'entreprise et l'utiliser au profit de l'entreprise.

Avoir un esprit analytique.

Être proactif, clair et concis.

Être capable de communiquer efficacement avec les acteurs commerciaux et techniques à tous les niveaux de l'organisation.

Expérience et connaissances spécifiques

Une solide expérience dans la gestion de portefeuille, l'exécution de projets et l'encadrement de Project Managers.

Être capable d'avoir une vision globale du portefeuille de projets de l'entreprise et d'avoir un regard critique sur leur contribution à la stratégie globale.

Avoir une bonne vue sur le pilotage des projets.

Être capable de faciliter les réunions liées aux projets tout en étant diplomate envers les équipes ayant des objectifs différents.
