- U maakt deel uit van een hecht, enthousiast team van 20 toegewijde communicatie-experts in Brussel (meer dan 350 binnen de groep).

**Functie**:
Als Digital Communications Manager, levert u diensten voor een uitgebreide, groeiende klantenportefeuille: van start-ups tot de Europese Commissie:

- Op basis van specifieke klantbehoeften, lanceert en beheert u doeltreffende en rendabele digitale campagnes en u volgt de uitvoering ervan op. U maakt op een doordachte manier gebruik van beschikbare promotiebudgetten voor Social Media Ads, Google Ads en YouTube Ads.
- U schrijft en vertaalt alle soorten content: social-mediaposts, blogs, viral videoscripts, nieuwsbrieven, webpagina’s etc.
- en motion designers.
- U monitort en beheert online communities en influencercampagnes.
- U analyseert de door u gerealiseerde digitale campagnes en rapporteert aan uw leidinggevende op basis van vooraf gedefinieerde KPI’s.
- Het beheer van specifieke projecten zal people management omvatten.

**Profiel**:

- U heeft aantoonbare ervaring in digitale communicatie.
- U heeft een onberispelijke kennis van het Nederlands. Daarnaast heeft u een goede kennis van het Frans en het Engels, zowel gesproken als geschreven.
- Social media, digitale communicatie en viral content hebben voor u geen geheimen.
- U heeft een uitstekende kennis van de Google-diensten, van de werking en het beheer van sociale netwerken en design tools.
- Uw creativiteit kent geen grenzen. U heeft ervaring in het identificeren van doelgroepen en het bouwen van digitale campagnes die de doelstellingen van klanten overstijgen.
- U begrijpt abstracte concepten en vertaalt deze op een heldere, creatieve en krachtige manier.
- Empathie is voor u geen leeg begrip maar het geheim om harten en geesten te openen. U luistert voordat u spreekt en u heeft het talent om de ambities van anderen te overstijgen.
- U bezit een universitair diploma in een richting relevant voor onze bedrijfsactiviteiten.
