**What you will do**

We are looking for a Pharmacy Sales Representative region region Namur, Luxembourg et Grand-Duché de Luxembourg eager to contribute to our vision and bring established pharmacy sales expertise to our team.
Your role is to contribute to our pharmacy business plan objectives & build customer partnership with our (lead) pharmacists by visiting private and Key Account pharmacies in your region (West Flanders).

You will be part of the Nr. 1 OTC company in Belgium with a rich portfolio of strong brands.

We offer a strong development plan with an opportunity to grow into a Field Sales Manager role or another internal position.

**Keys areas of responsibilities**
- **You will be responsable to deliver your regional business objectives + build Customer Partnership at our (Lead) Customers**:

- Generate portfolio growth and deliver annual targets through the implementation and execution of a commercial activation plan, both from a sell-in and sell-out perspective
- Right store:

- Implement plans through regular, targeted and well planned field visits with a clear focus on our lead pharmacies
- Management of sector via clear Sales Action Plan : Targeting & Segmentation, follow up on NTS and Sell-Out data
- Perfect store:

- Educate pharmacists on our portfolio and the importance of category management
- You are responsable for the implementation of POS materials, visbility on shelf, brilliant execution of our activations
- Maintain internal contacts and connect with stakeholders to share insights, improve our way of working,...
- **You will be a key stakeholder in the Pharma Sales Team**
- **Bringing the outside in** : sharing market insights, best practices to cross-functional teams in improving our strategy and execution
- Further building on **the importance of Education at pharmacies** : role of prevention, importance of science and objection handling plays an important role next to the sell-in part
- Supports an environment of **diverse and inclusive thinking and perspectives**
- Promote a culture of accountability by improving current performances and taking responsibility
- Support peers and other employees

**Qualifications**:
**What we are looking for**

Required Qualifications
- Master or Bachelor degree (para/medical, business administration or economics)
- 2-4 years of relevant sales experience in the pharmaceutical or FMCG industry
- Fluency in French (Dutch & English is an asset)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- You can work independently, in a flexible way and you are an active team player
- Consumer & Customer obsessed and customer centric attitude + strong relationship builder
- You demonstrate a large sense of responsibility, and you maintain high quality standards
- High propensity for analytics, data and IT systems
