We are looking for an **Account Manager **to join our Microsoft team supporting agencies and advertisers in** Belgium**.

**What you'll do**:

- ** Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partnering with Client Partners during the pitching and onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for digital performance agencies and direct advertisers to Microsoft Ads.
- ** Campaign Strategy and Support**: Develop and execute effective advertising strategies that align with client objectives. Assist with campaign setup, optimization, and budget planning while leveraging various digital platforms to maximize performance.
- ** Performance Analysis**: Monitor and analyze campaign results, providing actionable insights and recommendations to drive continuous improvement and achieve advertising goals.
- ** Collaboration**: Work closely with internal teams, including sales, creative, and technical departments, as well as the Microsoft Advertising team, to resolve technical and ad policy issues and deliver seamless campaign execution.
- ** Operational Excellence**: Oversee contractual setup, invoicing, and Microsoft Ads account management to ensure accurate and timely execution for each client, contributing to operational efficiency.
- ** Innovation**: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, bringing fresh ideas to enhance client success and optimize campaign outcomes.

**What you need for this role**:

- In-depth experience working at digital performance agencies.
- Experience in running campaigns on Microsoft/Bing Ads or Google Ads.
- Solid understanding of Google Analytics (experience with GTM is a plus).
- Experience with Salesforce, Microsoft 365, Google Workplace.
- Structured and analytical mindset.
- Strong communication, time management, and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English (French language is a plus).
