**Positionner**:
Vous êtes responsable de l'exécution d'une variété de procédures techniques et de l'exécution d'expériences à l'appui d'analyse et de la validation d'échantillons. Vous êtes responsable de l'analyse des causes profondes, du dépannage et de l'amélioration des processus.

- Vous êtes responsable de l'exécution et de la documentation des procédures analytiques conformément aux procédures de l'entreprise.
- Vous agissez en tant que ressource technique et scientifique pour le personnel du laboratoire.
- Vous effectuez l'analyse et l'interprétation des données afin de déterminer si une procédure analytique se déroule conformément aux attentes et si les résultats sont conformes aux attentes.
- Vous assurez une communication claire, précise et opportune avec les parties prenantes fonctionnelles et les clients.
- Vous contribuez à l'entretien de l'équipement de laboratoire et proposez éventuellement de nouveaux équipements.
- Vous participez à la formation continue par l'auto-apprentissage, en assistant à des séances de formation, à des conférences et à des réunions.
- Vous dirigez les projets des clients et du laboratoire ou les projets interfonctionnels et contribuez à la mise en œuvre des changements.

**Profil et compétences**:
Votre profil:
- Vous avez un Master ou un PhD dans une discipline du Life Sciences.
- Vous parlez couramment Français et Anglais, le Néerlandais est un atout.
- Vous maitrisez la suite office
- Bonne connaissance des principes, des théories et des concepts dans le domaine d'activité.
- Connaissance des procédures et pratiques de sécurité et de lutte contre les infections en laboratoire, y compris les précautions standard et la manipulation dangereuse.
- Solide connaissance technique des procédures d'essai complexes et de la science qui sous-tend l'analyse.
- Maîtrise des calculs scientifiques complexes et de l'interprétation des données.
- Capacité à dépanner l'équipement de laboratoire et à résoudre les problèmes de processus.
- Compétences efficaces en matière de communication et de présentation.
- Capacité à gérer plusieurs tâches simultanément.
- Capacité à établir et à maintenir des relations de travail efficaces avec les collègues, les responsables et les clients.
