Job Description

The Immigration Analyst supports the business by performing high quality immigration services in relation to highly templated case types (e.g. departure cases, change of employer etc).

They also:
- Assist Immigration Consultants with information gathering, drafting client communication, opening cases, monitoring the status of cases and escalating where needed to ensure deadlines are met.In this role, Immigration Analysts will learn to work with Fragomen's CRM and process a high level of immigration cases for major corporate clients.

Core Competencies:
Client Service- Builds knowledge of relevant client protocols and processes- Establishes relationships with team members and other relevant stakeholders across their accounts- Focuses on client service and meeting client SLAs.- Supports strong client relationships by displaying professionalism and efficiency in appropriate communications as directed by Senior Consultants or Supervisor- Encouraged to develop an awareness of Fragomen's position in the marketplace

Productivity, Accountability and Efficiency- Accepts responsibility for their work output- Ability to work under pressure and manage conflicting priorities- Reviews documents drafted by coordinators- Monitors and actions client drop boxes- Generates and prepares client reports- Regularly reviews WIP / billing reports and ensures billing is conducted in a timely and consistent manner-
- Prepare business reports as required by firm leadership

Communication- Generates clear, well-organized written work-product- Good verbal communication, with ability to convey messages clearly- Adapts communication style to suit the audience- Working to develop good presentation skills

Teamwork and Personal Leadership- When work is allocated, clarifies any issues that are unclear and asks for the necessary information to complete tasks- Aware of own strengths and development areas. Seeks feedback- Displays professionalism and a positive attitude- Actively supports all D&I initiatives- Curious mindset, seeks to contribute to discussions on process and best practice

About You

We are looking for highly organised and pro-active people with excellent communication skills. You will ideally have previous experience in an administrative or customer facing role and be comfortable working in an office environment.

Also Required:
- Strong interest in immigration, as well as the desire to further career within this field- Proven ability to multi-task with excellent attention to detail- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Dutch and English- Enthusiastic approach to team work- Strong listening skills
