Je bent een natuurtalent als het op plannen en organiseren aankomt. Je bent communicatief en administratief onderlegd en streeft samen met je collega's naar een perfect resultaat en tevreden klant.
**Functie**:
- Je zorgt voor een efficiënte planning van verschillende teams van werknemers
- Je controleert inkomende mails en bepaalt zo welke taken er moeten uitgevoerd worden
- Je stelt de planning op, past deze eventueel aan indien nodig en zorgt voor een vlotte doorstroming naar de verschillende teams Je bestelt materiaal en zorgt dat deze tijdig geleverd wordtJe staat voortdurend in contact met collega's en andere afdelingen voor het bepalen van prioriteiten en het inzetten van de juiste teams

**Profiel en vaardigheden**:
- Je kan een A2-diploma voorleggen
- Je hebt al minstens 2 jaar ervaring in een soortgelijke functie
- Je kan vlot werken met MS-Office en bent administratief onderlegd
- Je bent sterk in plannen en organiseren en weet goed je prioriteiten te stellen
- Je bent een vlotte communicator en staat in voortdurend contact met collega's en klanten
- Je hebt een flexibele en proactieve ingesteldheid
- Je bent in het bezit van een geldig rijbewijs B en eigen vervoer
- Je beheerst het Nederlands en Frans uitstekend
