**The Hoxton & Working From_ s'installent à Bruxelles **
- En avril 2023, nous ouvrirons notre premier hôtel et espace de co-working à Bruxelles.

L'hôtel comptera 198 chambres de différentes tailles, un grand restaurant et un coffee shop, un rooftop avec vue sur la ville et The Apartment (notre concept unique de réunions et d'événements).
- Working From_ apporte à Bruxelles notre approche unique du co-working. Notre troisième site mondial est doté de fenêtres à double hauteur, d'un mélange d’openspace et de bureaux, avec espace cuisine à disposition, et une politique de prix transparente.

**Tu seras en charge de...**:

- Contribuer de façon globale à la satisfaction de la clientèle par la qualité de son travail et l’exemplarité de son comportement
- Représenter la direction durant la nuit et être responsable du bon déroulement des opérations
- Etre responsable de la clôture de la journée
- Vérifier et préparer les rapports de la réception
- Veiller à la sécurité des clients et de leurs biens en respectant et en faisant respecter les règles de sécurité et d’hygiène
- Délivrer un service amical, efficace et professionnel à tout moment
- Prendre des initiatives afin d’assurer une bonne interaction avec les clients
- Motiver, former et informer son équipe
- Assister les autres services en cas de besoin
- S'assurer que tous les appels téléphoniques sont pris en charge rapidement et efficacement
- S’assurer de la propreté des lieux publics et des espaces du personnel

**Nous avons besoin de toi si...**:

- Tu justifies d'une 1ère expérience en tant que Night Manager
- Tu parles d'autres langues - français et anglais au minimum
- Tu possèdes une excellente communication écrite et orale, et des compétences informatiques (Opéra)
- Tu es capable de travailler dans un environnement au rythme rapide
- Tu fais en sorte que les choses soient faites, en respectant les deadlines
- Tu es d’une approche pratique, extravertie et proactive ; tu as un sens certain des responsabilités personnelles et de la prise d’initiatives afin d’éviter ou de résoudre les problèmes
- Tu sautes du lit tous les matins, plein d’énergie et super enthousiaste du programme de ta journée
- Tu comprends qui nous sommes. Tu connais nos hôtels, tu as déjà trainé dans l’un de nos bars et tu as probablement regretté ce dernier cocktail le lendemain matin
- Tu n’agis pas comme une princesse. Tu as bien conscience que certaines idées fonctionnent et d’autres non. Mais nous aimons (presque) tout essayer au moins une fois
- Tu es modeste. Pas d’égo surdimensionné, et tu n’es pas non plus du genre à en faire des tonnes
- Tu te soucies des détails, c’est même légèrement un TOC
- Ton verre est toujours à moitié plein
- Si nous nous retrouvions coincés dans un ascenseur avec toi, nous apprécierions une sympathique conversation
