**Medior.NET Developer**

**Responsibilities**:

- Contribute to the enhancement of our technology stack and coding practices.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions.
- Work closely with senior team members to learn and grow as a developer.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in.NET development and a strong grasp of C#.
- Familiarity with ASP.NET, MVC, and related frameworks.
- A proactive approach to learning and adapting to new technologies.
- Good communication skills and the ability to thrive in a collaborative setting.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related fields is preferred.

**Senior.NET Developer / Tech Lead**

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage a team of developers, guiding them to success.
- Drive the modernization of our technology stack, adopting cutting-edge tools and practices.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and mentor junior developers for growth.
- Utilize your expertise in.NET and Azure cloud to architect robust solutions.
- Act as a primary point of contact with clients, providing technical insights and solutions.

**Requirements**:

- Extensive experience in.NET development, demonstrating expert-level proficiency in C#.
- Proficiency in Azure cloud services, deployment, and management.
- Proven leadership skills, motivating and guiding technical teams.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, capable of managing long-term projects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related fields is preferred.
