**Description de l'emploi**
- Vous êtes la personne responsable de l'équipe de consultants SAP internes, externes et nearshore, afin de mener à bien les projets en cours et les demandes de changement, tout en assurant un soutien en cas d'incidents et de demandes de service. Vous rendez compte au Chief Information Officer, qui fait également office d'architecte principal pour le paysage SAP.
- Vous gérez et suivez activement les membres de l'équipe, définissez, suivez et évaluez les objectifs. Vous maintenez un environnement de travail positif et motivant.
- Vous travaillez en étroite collaboration avec les autres Project Managers, afin de fournir les ressources nécessaires à la réalisation des projets du portefeuille.
- Vous gérez les attentes et les priorités des demandes de changement en consultant étroitement les propriétaires de processus opérationnels.
- Avec votre équipe, vous gérez activement le cycle de vie des tickets. Le cas échéant, vous gérez l'escalade des tickets vers le partenaire SAP tiers de Sioen. Vous impliquez l'architecte principal lorsque cela s'avère nécessaire.
- Vous travaillez en étroite collaboration avec le Team Lead SAP roumain afin de développer une culture d'équipe unique et de gérer les ressources de manière efficace.
- Vous planifiez, gérez et communiquez les activités de maintenance du système et d'optimisation du paysage.
- En collaboration avec le Chief Information Officer, le Team Lead OT/MOM et infra, vous participez à l'élaboration et à l'exécution des stratégies de paysage SAP.
**Le profil**
- Vous êtes titulaire d'une maîtrise et avez au moins cinq ans d'expérience dans la mise en œuvre, le soutien et la maintenance d'un environnement SAP complexe, de préférence dans un environnement de production international. La connaissance pratique d'un ou plusieurs modules SAP est un atout. Un intérêt pour les compétences liées à SAP et une connaissance plus large de SAP sont indispensables.
- Vous avez de l'expérience en tant que Team Lead ou Project Manager et êtes capable de gérer votre équipe avec votre style de leadership situationnel.
- Vous êtes communicatif, organisé et orienté vers les résultats.
- Vous avez de solides compétences interpersonnelles et des capacités de mentorat. Vous avez les capacités de persuasion et de négociation nécessaires pour travailler avec de multiples parties prenantes et faire en sorte que les changements soient mis en œuvre.
- Vous maîtrisez les outils informatiques (Excel, Word, PowerPoint,...) et vous avez l'esprit d'analyse. Une expérience avec Lansweeper et/ou Smartsheets est un plus.
- Vous parlez couramment le néerlandais, le français et l'anglais.
