Your Scope
Today Ardo is going through multiple transformations, one of these with the goal to create an efficient IT structure and innovative IT landscape that prepares for us for future growth:
The global implementation of S/4HANA
Transforming from a local approach to a more centralized approach by creating a Group IT structure with a center of excellence in Belgium.
**Creating a more uniform IT landscape**: i.e., 1 ERP system, using the same IT methodologies,
We are looking for an SAP Operations Specialist, to join our IT team. In this new created role:
You act as the SAP Operations Specialist, together with the SAP Template team of the external partner, responsible from A-Z for the PP/MM/PM/QM scope and architecture in function of:
the planned rollouts of S/4HANA
the future improvements/ digitalization of the PP/ MM/ PM/ QM process.
During those rollouts you identify the potential gaps in the current template and develop and improve the existing deployment template.
You play an active role during the realization phase, Go-live and the aftercare.
You actively support a team of functional analysts in SAP, including demonstrating and explaining processes and coordinating projects within S/4HANA.
Together with the IT Application Manager and IT Director, you will be responsible:
for mapping and setting up to roadmap to digitalize the warehouse processes
to select the vendor/tool
to oversee the design of the solution and the implementation
You assist in change management activities, including user training, communication, and support during SAP implementations and upgrades.
**Profile**:
You have a mínimal of 5-7 years of experience with SAP configuration and implementation.
You have a strong understanding of techno-functional principles in SAP PP/MM/PM/QM.
You should have experience in an architectural role or a keen interest in pursuing a career as an architect.
Experience in S/4HANA is a plus.
You can in a pragmatic way translate complex modules in into standardized (SAP) solutions.
You have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
You have strong communication skills and know how to work together with different stakeholders.
**Language skills**: English is a must; Dutch and French are an asset.
You are willing to travel for short trips within Europe.
