For ENGIE Belgium in Brussels corporate office we are currently looking for a **Senior Manager Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (M/F/X).**
Reporting to the Director of Human Resources & IT ENGIE Belgium, you will champion the value of a diverse and inclusive workplace environment within ENGIE Belgium’s perimeter. You will develop a vision and lead the operational implementation of an effective DEI strategy in order to slip to a corporate culture of equity, diversity and inclusion.
**YOUR CHALLENGE as Senior Manager Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (M/F/X)**:
- You are an impactful change agent to engage, increase awareness and support Senior Management on the field in shifting the organization’s culture and mindset as far as DEI values are concerned
- You set up a coherent transversal DEI framework (i.e.: policies, processes, transformation programs, tools) across the organization that is fully aligned to ENGIE Group DEI governance and roadmap
- You are in the lead for designing, implementing and following-up, together with the operational HR teams on the different sites, local and/or transversal DEI programs and initiatives
- You work together with Internal Communications and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) departments to ensure DEI matters are permanently present in the corporate strategic agenda
- You partner with Talent Acquisition and Branding & Sourcing departments on a joint approach when it comes to launching DEI-related actions impacting our employer branding and talent sourcing levers
- You are the main DEI ambassador of local and ENGIE Group’s initiatives/events and remain actively engaged on social media platforms to showcase internal DEI activities
- You stay on top of emerging trends, laws, practices and other societal factors influencing DEI initiatives
- You provide independent advice and insightful expertise to the HR community and business leaders, in everything that concerns DEI-related matters
- You are the DEI budget owner, thus, responsible for the management of the entire budget cycle
**YOUR PROFILE as Senior Manager Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (M/F/X)**:
- You have a university degree (Master level required)
- You have a solid and proven track record on DEI-related domains, preferably in a heavy industry environment
- You know what it takes to transform the DEI of an organization and can demonstrate some major DEI transformations you have led
- You know the Belgian and European legislative framework on DEI-related matters and keep yourself abreast of new DEI regulatory developments.
- You have the capacity to develop a vision, while being flexible, solution-seeking and pragmatic in its implementation
- You have the ability to influence a systemic structural change
- You are able to work with all levels of management and staff in a collaborative and trustful manner
- You master, at least, one of the national languages (FR /NL) and you are fluent in English
- You are flexible to visit regularly our different operational sites within Belgium
