L'équipe Diversité, Equité et Inclusion fait partie du département des Ressources Humaines. Au-delà des exigences réglementaires ou légales, BNP Paribas Fortis développe depuis près de 15 ans, une politique Diversité, Equité & Inclusion, engagée et responsable. Cette stratégie a été reconnue notamment par le label Actiris Diversity & Inclusion qui a été octroyé pour la quatrième fois cette année en 2024 pour nos efforts en faveur de la multiculturalité.

Qu'attendons-nous de vous en tant que stagiaire ?
- Être à l'écoute des différentes parties prenantes, être organisé.e, et savoir gérer un planning et des deadlines sont des atouts essentiels.
- Une ouverture d'esprit et la sensibilité aux aspects Diversité, Equité et Inclusion est indispensable, ainsi qu''une bonne maîtrise des outils Microsoft Office (power point, excel) et Teams.
- Savoir présenter un projet (sous forme de présentation power point) et être capable de gérer des données chiffrées et des statistiques sont des compétences nécessaires.
- Excellente maîtrise du français ou du néerlandais ainsi que de l'anglais.
- Expérience précédente en gestion de projet est un must.
