**Summary**:
Qorvo is seeking a dynamic **Product Owner (PO)** to lead the development of software solutions powered by our advanced radio technologies. As the driving force behind turning concepts into impactful features, you will manage the end-to-end product development lifecycle, ensuring that our software solutions deliver exceptional value to customers. A strong foundation in software development and program management will set you up for success in this role.

**Responsibilities**:
As a Product Owner, your role is to guide the team toward delivering maximum value efficiently. Following SAFe 6.0 principles, you’ll collaborate with a Scrum Master, software engineers, and QA experts to ensure every development effort aligns with our business objectives.
- **Build the Backlog**: Define functional and non-functional requirements by breaking down features into actionable, value-driven stories. You’ll collaborate with Product Managers and also initiate features based on product vision and customer needs.
- **Documentation & Tooling**: Manage comprehensive documentation (user guides, API documentation, release notes) and practical tools, helping customers quickly onboard and integrate our products.
- **Prioritize the Backlog**: Rank and prioritize the backlog to streamline time-to-market and maximize business value
- **Track Development**: In tandem with the Scrum Master, guide and support the team to ensure timely and high-quality releases. You’re responsible for overseeing the scope, timelines, and overall quality of deliverables.
- **Relentless Improvement**: Use KPIs and performance tools to measure progress, and drive a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
- **Stakeholder Communication**: Share project updates, potential challenges, and options with stakeholders to maintain transparency, empower your team, and enhance internal and external customer satisfaction.
- **Product Roadmap Contribution**: Collaborate with Product Managers by analyzing feedback from customers and stakeholders, helping shape a product roadmap that meets market and user needs.

**Qualifications**:

- Education: A Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent industry experience.
- Experience: A minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in BLE and/or Matter technology, serving as a developer, tech lead, and/or product owner.
- Technical Skills: A strong understanding of BLE and Matter protocols, along with embedded firmware and software development practices.
- Project Management: Proficient in typical project management tools (Jira) and methodologies, such as Gantt charts, task prioritization frameworks, change management or managing dependencies.
- Agile: Knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, or LeSS).
- People, Business and Technical Leadership: Excellent organizational and leadership abilities, with strong communication skills in English (knowledge of French and/or Dutch/Flemish is a plus).
- Problem-Solving: Demonstrated aptitude for problem-solving and creative thinking.
- Feature Development: Experience in defining and validating minimum viable features.
