**Functieomschrijving**:
Verantwoordelijkheden:

- Verantwoordelijk voor het managen en aansturen van de virtuele teams binnen de verschillende MWINGZ afdelingen
- Verantwoordelijk om ervoor te zorgen dat de zakelijke of technische projecten op tijd, binnen de planning en binnen het budget worden opgeleverd door het gebruik van de MWINGZ-methodologie en tegelijkertijd te zorgen voor voortdurende afstemming tussen de verschillende belanghebbenden (binnen de betrokken teams)

Scopemanagement:

- Ervoor zorgen dat er rekening wordt gehouden met de behoeften van de interne klanten en dat de zakelijke/technische oplossingen worden geleverd in lijn met de overeengekomen vereisten. Om gevraagde wijzigingen in de scope aan te vechten en dit tijdens de duur van het project.

Kostenbeheer:

- Om samen met alle betrokken partijen het benodigde projectbudget te definiëren.
- Ervoor zorgen dat dit budget wordt goedgekeurd door alle noodzakelijke "governance-organen".
- Tijdige afwijkingen in het budget identificeren en ze aanvechten om te vermijden dat je projecten hun budget overschrijden.
- Tijdmanagement
- In samenwerking met je projectteam een duidelijk en realistisch projectplan opstellen dat voldoet aan de projectdoelstellingen en dat de verwachte resultaten en de bijbehorende middelen duidelijk identificeert.
- De verschillende afdelingen betrekken bij de verwachte resultaten.
- De verschillende betrokken partijen uitdagen om ervoor te zorgen dat het project binnen de afgesproken tijd wordt opgeleverd.

Risicomanagement:

- Problemen voorkomen door proactief risico's/problemen te identificeren en tijdig de juiste acties te initiëren
- Problemen met het project tijdig escaleren naar het lijnmanagement en/of projectstakeholders, zodat zij nog steeds de juiste actie kunnen ondernemen binnen hun organisatie.

Rapportage en communicatie:

- Op continue basis contact onderhouden met het management van de betrokken afdelingen om verrassingen te voorkomen door ervoor te zorgen dat zij "op elk moment" volledig op de hoogte zijn van de projectstatus.

People Management:

- Het dagelijkse management en de coaching van een of meer virtuele teams verzorgen.

**Jouw profiel**:
Diploma & ervaring:

- Minimaal 8 jaar aantoonbare ervaring als toegewijde Project Manager in complexe omgevingen
- Bewezen succesvol management voor meerdere end-to-end grote zakelijke/technische projecten met IT-ontwikkeling

Technische vaardigheden:

- Bekend met Project Management methodologieën PMI, Prince 2, Agile
- Bekend met Office-tools: Word, Excel, MS-Access, MS Project en Powerpoint

Soft skills:

- Bewezen leiderschapsvaardigheden om effectief virtuele projectteams & stakeholders te managen
- Omgaan met onzekerheid en in staat om de verwachte kalmte te tonen in een continu veranderende omgeving
