Studio Dott is op zoek naar een business designer die niet aan zijn eerste proefstuk toe is.

Als business designer leid je een breed scala van strategische projecten in goede banen. Je helpt klanten bij het bedenken en creëren van hun toekomstvisie en portfolio. Impact creëren voor mensen en bedrijven drijft ons en maakt ons trots. Met je scherpe geest begrijp je als geen ander de noden, en met je creativiteit en zakelijk inzicht ontwerp je toekomstrobuuste oplossingen gericht op groei en voortgang.

**Jouw job in't kort**:
**Van inzichten naar de juiste mix van producten en diensten**

Je analyseert de noden in de markt. Je vertaalt noden en aspiraties naar vernieuwende oplossingen die financieel steek houden, je exploreert nieuwe waardeproposities, analyseert relevante business modellen en onderzoekt de ‘willingness to use’ en ‘pay’. Je bepaalt de contouren en inhoud van het nieuwe product
- en/of dienstenaanbod, definieert de roadmap naar implementatie, en creëert het bijbehorende businessplan.

**Waarde creëren**

Je ontwikkelt strategieën met klanten en houdt daarbij de verschillende stakeholders steeds in het achterhoofd. Je leidt cocreatieve trajecten, waar je de directie, medewerkers en andere betrokkenen enthousiasmeert en uitdaagt om tot de beste uitkomst te komen voor de groei van hun business. Je handelt en ontwerpt steeds vanuit economische realiteit(szin) en waardecreatie. Onze klanten moeten dankzij onze ontwerpen voordeel halen uit hun investeringen.

**Challengen en sturen**

‘Systemisch en holistisch denken’ is je eerste natuur. Met jouw empathisch vermogen krijg je de wensen van de klant scherp waarbij je met een kritische blik de initiële probleemstelling in vraag durft te stellen. Op basis hiervan creëer je werkbare concepten die we telkens opnieuw bijschaven tot we de best mogelijke klantbeleving bekomen.

**Gebeten door verbetering**

Als ontwerper geloof je dat design ons verder brengt. Samen met je collega’s bouw je onze business design en strategische skills, tools en methodieken steeds verder uit. Je staat open voor feedback en ondersteund anderen. We willen als team immers altijd blijven verbeteren in wat we doen en hoe we het doen.

**Goesting, goesting, goesting**
- Je bent flexibel en kan meerdere projecten tegelijk aan.
- Je hebt min. 5 jaar ervaring als service designer, business designer of innovatieconsultant.

- **Veelzijdige variatie**: Een bonte verzameling aan projecten voor diverse sectoren; wij houden namelijk van een beetje afwisseling. We zetten je breed in waardoor geen week dezelfde is.

- **Geen fabriekske**: wij zijn geen one-trick-pony, we houden niet van bandwerk.
