**Requirements**:

- Should have 10+ years of experience on SAP CRM.
- Should have experience on Contracts Management, Case Management, Install base, Service Finance Integration, Service Confirmation, and Interaction Centre.
- Experience both with Project & Production Support knowledge.
- Should have experience in CRM Services and ECC(SD) - CRM integration. SAP CRM Contract, Service Order Management. Cross functional module integration, IBASE.
- Should have good experience / strong domain knowledge CRM area.
- Define and execute unit test, integration test and regression test scripts to validate key end-to-end business scenarios and troubleshoot complex functional issues/bugs identified during implementation, testing, and post-Go Live Support.
- Ensures consistent, timely and effective communications with internal and external stakeholders. Keep track of customer satisfaction.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional and technical teams with mínimal supervision.
- Should be highly self-motivated, self-driven and independent in daily operations.
- Dutch, French and English (Must Have)
- Worked on Onsite-Offshore Delivery model.
