**Description**:
looking for a Senior Business Analyst to collect, study, prioritize, co-ordinate the migration of existing Order to Cash / Order to Activation workflows from SAP to PEGA. In essence, you will be analyzing the as-is process, understand the business needs and requirements of the as-is, then design the to-be workflows in PEGA in line with our established methodology and with special focus in designing or reusing pre-existing reusable flows.
By joining the Customer Interactions tribe, you will be in charge of delivering an effortless and frictionless customer journey for prospects and current customers, across their interactions with Swift while increasing their autonomy As the Customer Interaction (CI) Tribe we are on a mission to improve these end-to-end interactions and are therefore evolving our significant technology stack. Two years into our journey we are progressing with the consolidation and renewal of this technology and our main focus is doing it right from the start.
You will be joining a diverse Tribe of 120 enthusiastic people, spread over 3 locations (Belgium, Malaysia and the Netherlands). We value our collaborative, learning and open feedback culture.
**What to expect**:
- Lead and plan the definition, analysis, validation and maintenance of migration requirements and business processes for a large size/complexity/system risk projects by working in close liaison with customers and other divisions and in line with evolving business requirements.
- Ensure that the functional and non-functional requirements are in line with customer expectations.
- Validate proposed solutions to technical and/or business problems in relation to current and future business environment, reconciling business requirements with technical solutions.
- Build and maintain the business processes mapping in ARIS
- Facilitate discussion within the people involved in order to get clarification and agreement on business requirement.
- Collaborate closely with development team and quality assurance team in an agile way of working and via 3 amigos meeting to co-create the solution.
- Facilitate the demo to end-users and when needed, organize the User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Contribute to the continuous improvement on how to have maximum effectiveness in a changing, Agile, environment. You participate in the life of the squad and in the Agile ceremonies.
- Mapping/migration experience is desired (if supporting data transformation /integration project)
- SAP/OTC knowledge is MUST
- Pega knowledge is a Plus
