In de financiële directie van AXA Belgium speelt het team Investment Accounting & Reporting een sleutelrol bij het opstellen van de jaarrekeningen. Het team vervult een cruciale rol in de interactie tussen de centrale teams van de groep in Parijs, de offshoreteams in India en de interne teams van de financiële directie van AXA Belgium. De belangrijkste criteria waaraan de leden van het team Investment Accounting moeten voldoen, zijn: kwaliteit, kritische ingesteldheid, proactiviteit, communicatie en goed met cijfers overweg kunnen.
Belangrijkste activiteiten:
- Je volgt de opstelling van de financiële reporting op: inventaris en resultaten van de beleggingsactiva volgens lokale normen, IFRS en Solvency II en je neemt deel aan de opvolging van de interne controles en de relaties met de revisoren over onderwerpen die verband houden met de financiële activa.
- In samenwerking met de verschillende departementen van AXA Belgium werk je mee aan de verschillende verzoeningsprocessen en herzienings
- of analysewerken die betrekking hebben op financiële verrichtingen die in die periode worden gedaan.
- Je draagt bij aan de opstelling van de groepsrapporteringen van AXA en de uitwerking van de controles en de optimalisering van de processen.
- Je ontwikkelt je in een internationale omgeving en hebt contacten met de centrale teams van de groep, de offshoreteams in India, de verschillende departementen van de financiële directie, risk management en Business Units.
- Je werkt mee aan transversale projecten waarbij het beleggingsteam bij AXA Belgium betrokken is
- Je moet ook een drijvende kracht zijn voor de verbetering van de tools en processen en je moet in staat zijn om met een grote mate van autonomie te werken. Een kritische ingesteldheid en analytische vaardigheden zijn zeer belangrijk.
**Jouw Profiel**
- Je hebt een master met optie financiën of audit en 5 tot 10 jaar ervaring in een functie die verband houdt met boekhouding van beleggingen, in een functie die verband houdt met financiële activa of in de financiële instelling audit (bank, verzekeringsbedrijf, investeringsfonds)
- Kennis van de werking van alle soorten financiële producten (effecten en afgeleide producten) en de boekhouding van de activa volgens Belgische normen, IAS39, Solvency II. Kennis van IFRS 9 is een troef.
- Bureauticatools (Excel, Access), kennis van SAP, POWER BI, SAS reporting zijn troeven.
- Je bent autonoom en in staat om uit te dagen en te interageren met verschillende gesprekspartners
- Analytische en synthetische vaardigheden
- Nauwkeurigheid, feeling voor cijfers in een dynamische technische omgeving
- Taal: Frans en/of Nederlands met een goede begrip van de tweede landstaal en kennis van het Engels vereist
