**Project Leader - Substation service****:
Onze klant zoekt momenteel naar een Projectleider - Dienst Onderstations om deel uit te maken van een boeiend project. In lijn met de energietransitieambities van Europa en België heeft onze klant plannen om het offshore hoogspanningsnet uit te breiden. Dit houdt de constructie in van het Modular Offshore Grid 2, dat de nieuwe Belgische windparken binnen de “Windfarm zone” zal verbinden.
Het beoogde concept omvat de bouw van een kunstmatig energie-eiland met offshore-transmissie-infrastructuur, meerdere AC-onderstations op 66 kV & 220 kV, zes 220 kV AC-exportkabelsystemen van ongeveer 50 km elk, en een HVDC-verbinding tussen het kunstmatige eiland en het nieuwe onderstation ‘TBD’ van het Ventilus-project, met de mogelijkheid om toekomstige HVDC-interconnectoren aan te sluiten.
Het project bevindt zich momenteel in de concept
- en ontwerpfase, waarin aanzienlijke documentatie moet worden gecreëerd, gecontroleerd en goedgekeurd in het licht van de aanstaande aanbestedingsfase voor de HVDC-infrastructuur.
**Dit zijn je **voornaamste taken**:
Als lid van het team ben je een veiligheidsleider die voortdurend op zoek is naar verbeteringen op het gebied van veiligheid. Je waarborgt de tijdige levering, kwaliteit en veiligheid van jouw toegewezen taken. Je speurt naar ontwerpmogelijkheden om extra voordelen voor het project te realiseren, en je rapporteert proactief en regelmatig over de status en voortgang van jouw verantwoordelijkheden.
Je maakt deel uit van het DC Onderstations-team en rapporteert aan de Manager DC Onderstations. Je werkt in een multidisciplinair team en coördineert met Projectleiders, Projectingenieurs, Experts, Inkoopfunctionarissen, HSE-adviseurs, PMO-officiers, en anderen. Je ondersteunt de Manager DC Onderstations bij het leveren van de HVDC-onderstations (offshore en onshore).
Tijdens de ontwikkelingsfase van het project neem je deel aan het opstellen van de vereiste concepten, voer je nodige pre-studies uit en werk je aan de ontwikkeling van de aanbestedingsdocumenten. Je ondersteunt de technische beoordeling en evaluatie van de biedingen, evenals de verduidelijkingen en onderhandelingen met de bieders.
Tijdens de uitvoeringsfase van het project zorg je ervoor dat het werk van de aannemer (gedetailleerd ontwerp en engineering, inkoop, fabricage, FAT, installatie, inbedrijfstelling, enz.) in lijn is met de kwaliteits
- en prestatiecriteria zoals beschreven in het contract. Je beheert de relevante interfaces en coördineert input van verschillende disciplines.
De functie vereist een fulltime inzet, met het hoofdkantoor in Brussel. Sitebezoeken zullen nodig zijn tijdens de projectuitvoering, gemiddeld 3 dagen per week op het hoofdkantoor of ter plaatse.
**Dit zijn **must-haves** voor deze job**:
De ideale kandidaat heeft minstens 5 jaar relevante werkervaring in projectmanagement, bij voorkeur met focus op onderstationprojecten, en ervaring in de offshore sector/platforms, HVDC en grote infrastructurele projecten is een pluspunt. Met een masterdiploma in engineering beschik je over de technische basis om de complexiteit van het project aan te pakken.
Je uitstekende communicatie
- en teamworkvaardigheden zijn van vitaal belang voor effectieve interactie met diverse belanghebbenden. Organisatorisch talent, assertiviteit, en het vermogen om onder druk te werken maken deel uit van jouw competenties. Ervaring met MS Office en een vloeiende beheersing van het Engels zijn vereist, terwijl kennis van Nederlands en Frans als een pluspunt wordt beschouwd.
