Jouw functie als Payroll Officer;
Samen met je drie collega's van het payrollteam zorg je voor een correcte personeels
- en loonadministratie.
Hierbij zal je focus op het payrollproces van de bedienden liggen en bied je, indien nodig, ondersteuning bij payrollproces van de arbeiders.
Je zorgt voor een correcte toepassing van de sociaal juridische regelgeving in de toepassing van je job.
Je past, in samenspraak met je direct leidinggevende, de relevante wijzigingen in de sociale wetgeving en de diverse cao's toe.
Je beantwoordt op een professionele en servicegerichte manier alle loontechnische vragen van onze medewerkers.
Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het volledige beheer van de fietsleasing.
Je zal je ook meewerken aan diverse projecten zoals het implementeren van nieuwe HR-tools of Policies, de sociale verkiezingen, opvolging van ad hoc topics zoals absenteïsme, enz
Je werkt in dagdienst met glijwerktijden.
Ook thuiswerk is mogelijk na een positieve inwerkperiode
Profiel
Je volgde een hogere opleiding richting personeelswerk en beschikt over minimum 5 jaar relevante werkervaring.
Je hebt een goede expertise in payrollsystemen en verloningsprocessen.
Voor deze expertrol is kennis van sociale wetgeving een must, ervaring bij een sociaal secretariaat een extra troef.
Je hebt een doe-mentaliteit, weet van aanpakken en bent voldoende communicatief.
Je draagt discretie en nauwkeurigheid hoog in het vaandel.
Je werkt autonoom, behoudt een overzicht van je taken en werkt correct en stipt.
Kennis van GPS en/of Connect (Acerta) is een plus.
Jobgerelateerde competenties
- Nieuwe werknemers verwelkomen en hun integratie bevorderen
- Documenten voor de opvolging en het beheer van het personeel opmaken en actualiseren (sociale overzichtstabellen, salaristabellen, planning van vakanties,...)
- Individuele dossiers van werknemers opvolgen en updaten
De wettelijke aangifte indienen
- Personeel inlichten over sociaal recht en specifieke kenmerken van de organisatie
