**Function**:
**_Job Description_**:
To provide liaison support functions across Program Management, Customer Care Center, Distributions Centers, Credit and Accounting, the Information Technology (IT) functional areas, and our external clients. Coordinates all steady state IT activities including daily support tasks, scoping and testing enhancements and new functionality.

**_Job Responsibilities_**:

- Primary responsibility is supporting, working and resolving tickets. Internal and client Issues are tracked in a help desk system.
- Review, edit and create supporting documentation for client issues and resolutions.
- Provides first line support for daily issues around Enterprise Systems, Integration, and WebCommerce activities.
- Performs root cause analysis and determine resolution with support from SR. Analysts / Leads.
- Documents and coordinates issue escalation to the proper functional area.
- Assists in, or leads, project management on IT activity.
- Assists in the testing around code fixes, enhancements, and new functionality.
- Serves as liaison between all business and Information Technology discussions.
- Attends internal/external client meetings to serve as IT representative.
- Interacts with PFSweb Account Management, IT functional area managers and developers, and functional areas (call center, distribution centers, credit, and accounting)

**_ Job Requirements_**:

- 1 or 2 years’ experience in Supply Chain/DC Environment
- Experience, both technical and practical, in using or implementing an ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) is a plus
- Work history in a multi-client Operations environment a plus
