Als Interne Auditor ben je in de eerste plaats een consultant die adviseert om de werking van de onderneming efficiënter te maken. Je staat onder andere in voor:
- Het voeren van onafhankelijke analyses van verschillende processen binnen de onderneming om de werking, doeltreffendheid en efficiëntie te beoordelen.
- Je rapporteert hiërarchisch aan de CEO en functioneel aan de Raad van Bestuur via het auditcomité.
- Je biedt praktische aanbevelingen en adviezen aan ter verbetering van de bedrijfsprocessen over alle departementen binnen de onderneming en vult rapporten aan met deze inzichten.
- Je volgt de implementatie van voorgestelde verbeteracties met betrokkenen op om de impact te maximaliseren.
- Je onderhoudt nauwe interacties met controlefuncties van de bank, externe auditors en commissarissen, en je houdt je op de hoogte van relevante wettelijke regelgeving.
**Profile**

- Je beschikt over een Masterdiploma, bij voorkeur in financieel-economische of juridische richting, of gelijkwaardige ervaring.
- Je hebt een sterk analytisch denkvermogen en een oplossingsgerichte aanpak.
- Je beschikt over mínimaal 10 jaar relevante werkervaring in financiële instellingen in interne controle, risicobeheer, audit, of financiële functies.
- Je hebt een onafhankelijk beoordelingsvermogen, bent bekwaam om conclusies professioneel te rapporteren en je beschikt over de juiste communicatieve vaardigheden om stakeholders te overtuigen van jouw analyses
- Je beschikt over het vermogen om zelfstandig te werken met een plichtsbewuste en objectieve houding.
