Als Storemanager Health & Care ben je eindverantwoordelijk voor de winkel te Leuven. Je fungeert als een echte ambassador want health and care staan centraal in jouw eigen leven. Je bent financieel aansprakelijk, staat in voor je eigen P&L en de omzet. Je jongleert met cijfers en kpi’s, maakt op basis van je analyses uitdagende actieplannen die het team motiveren om de omzet van de winkel een boost te geven. Verder werk je zelf een lokaal marketingplan uit om de brand awareness in Leuven te verhogen. Je hebt een strategisch brein en bent ook een peoplemanager pur sang die inzichten heeft in talent en iedereen kan inzetten op hun sterktes. Ten slotte sta je samen met je team in voor het commerciële verhaal en dit gaat verder dan louter one-on-one verkoop. Je neemt je klanten mee in een customer journey waar je ze laat kennismaken met jouw leefwereld. Verkoop wordt advies en advies wordt overtuigen als een echte influencer. Ten slotte rapporteer je aan de District Manager.

De ideale kandidaat is gepassioneerd door health & care, ademt gezondheid uit en draagt dit privé ook uit. Voor deze job als Storemanager zoeken we een sterke manager met een 1ste ervaring als Storemanager in Retail. Ben je een Assistent Storemanager die klaar is voor the next step, ben je zeker ook welkom We zoeken verder een echte ambassador die hands-on is en een team kan coachen naar the next level Je werkt verder graag volgens SMART doelstellingen en wilt je schouders zetten onder een concept in volle change. Vervolgens heb je interesse in alles qua natuurlijke voeding en producten zodat je dit feilloos kan overbrengen naar je klanten. Ten slotte zal je energieke manier van interageren iedereen een boost geven, wat een rechtstreeks effect heeft op de cijfers.
