Ben jij een gedreven jurist met een passie voor het bedrijfsleven? BDO biedt een uitdagende kans voor een junior manager om ons corporate legal team te versterken. In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor een breed scala aan taken, variërend van klantenadvies tot het coördineren van complexe dossiers. Je krijgt de kans om te werken in een dynamische omgeving en jezelf verder te ontwikkelen binnen verschillende praktijkdomeinen, met een focus op vennootschapsrecht en M&A.
What will you be doing?:
- Advies verlenen aan klanten en hen begeleiden bij juridische vraagstukken.
- Aanspreekpunt voor collega’s van andere business lines op kantoor Brussels Airport.
- Coördineren en reviewen van dossiers die zijn voorbereid door (senior) consultants.
- Opleiding (senior) consultants
- Geven van presentaties, zowel intern als aan klanten, over complexe juridische kwesties.
- Bijdragen aan de planning en organisatie van het team.
What do you bring to the table?:
- Master in de rechten, bij voorkeur aangevuld met een master in vennootschapsrecht of notariaat.
- Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in vennootschapsrecht en M&A.
- Uitstekende kennis van het Nederlands en het Engels zowel schriftelijk als mondeling; kennis van het Frans is mooi meegenomen.
- Pragmatisch en kwaliteitsgericht.
- Plannings
- en organisatievaardigheden.
- Besluitvaardigheid, veranderingsbereidheid en ontwikkelingsvermogen.
- Sterke coaching skills en een commerciële feeling.
