Our client is a fast growing company active in the **manufacturing sector**.
As **Junior Commercial Controller **you will be **responsible** for:
- Looking with an analytical, critical eye at Business Performance and prepare in-depth analysis for senior management;
- Assist in Monthly Management reporting to the BoD;
- Understand the underlying key earnings drivers and proactively support profitable growth;
- Assist to Budgeting and forecasting process;
- Coordinate with other members of the finance and/or commercial team when required to review financial information;
- Support Commercial Organization by providing templates for and analysis of new deals or contract renewals;
- Assist in the development and deployment of new reporting and analytics solutions;
- Contribute to the improvement of current operational procedures and processes;
- Support key projects in further development of our product and service offering.
The required **profile** for the **Junior Commercial Controller **position:
- Master's degree in Economics, Finance or related major;
- 2-5 years of experience in external audit or controlling;
- Analytical and critical mindset with high sense for accurate reporting and respecting corporate deadlines;
- Ability to work in fast paced environment; needs to be able to multi-task with proven follow
- through and adherence to changing priorities;
- Excellent communication skills, both written and English is a must;
- Strong interpersonal skills, able to work in a global team environment with a lot of cultural and international diversity;
