**The Role**

Are you known for your excellent coordinating skills? Feel like you could get a kick out of facilitating and managing projects? Excited to become an indespensible cog in our divisional Marketing team? Would you feel at home in a fairly technical environment, working with an innovative product range?

Come and join us as a **Project Coordinator - Air,** in the **Atlas Copco Power Technique Service Division.**

- Collect and interpret information from the Product & Service Project team meetings to ensure the current/future needs of our main markets with regards to Aftermarket Marketing and sales and translate this information into “Master Specifications” for new product development.
- Trigger the necessary workflow together with Parts Specialist to develop our portfolio of services in the main markets where our equipment is sold as well as the branding principles.
- Work in close cooperation with different team (Project team, Gecia, Brand Studio, etc.) to secure all related Service deliverables
- Have a good and close follow-up on the capital equipment projects ongoing in local product Companies related to your product responsibilities.
- Support the Customer Centers (Local Atlas Copco offices) on divisional projects implementation.
- Ensure that all documentation related to divisional projects is ready and in time to market.
- Manage Multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Coordinate tasks and activities with project stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain project performance on track overall progress and the accomplishment of specific milestones

**What we expect of you?**

**Are you the one we're looking for? Check it out**:

- Secure implementation of parts strategy for the new projects in Product company. Track every project in NPD, confirm if key parts used in every project are as per Divisional guidelines.
- Define the project timeframe, report and up-date on regular basis and escalate in case of deviation.
- Coordinate with external partners, internal partners and suppliers for project related needs.
- To collaborate very closely with the technical support teams and purchasing teams in PC’s to ensure all steps of product launch are achieved in the most efficient and organized manner.
- Close interaction with product manager, technical support team, parts specialist on the marketing strategy and development of new aftermarket projects.
- To guarantee the implementation of all marketing/sales aftermarket documentation needed to support product, technical competence, specific campaigns and projects.
- To give daily support to Atlas Copco customer centers on the implementation of the projects.
- Support and back up Parts specialist when needed.

**Experience requirements**
- Technical background/competence is a plus
- Project management experience is a plus
- Aftermarket or parts Marketing/sales Experience in Construction/Industrial Machinery and Equipment is a plus
- Educational requirements
- Technical degree (or higher) or similar through experience
