Hello_ Are you the additional _**_Project Coordinator _**_we are looking for?_

As a **Project Coordinator** you are an** integral part of the service delivery to our clients**. As a project manager you are responsable for all the organisational & technical aspects of every project.

You closely engage with the commercial team, our clients and suppliers, with the vessels’, captains on and off board as well as all other stakeholders.

Main responsibilitie
- You collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement remote operation systems for vessels and cranes
- You schedule and directing Service Engineers and service partners; consulting with various parties and departments
- You contribute to the planning and execution of engineering projects, ensuring alignment with project objectives, timelines, and budgets
- You conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and technical evaluations to inform project decision-making
- You coordinate with suppliers and vendors to procure necessary components and materials for project implementation
- You support the installation, testing, and commissioning of remote operation systems, providing technical expertise and troubleshooting assistance as needed
- You document project activities, including design specifications, test procedures, and technical reports, to facilitate knowledge sharing and future development
- You coordinate the administrative registration in our ERP system (Odoo) in preparation and after completion of the job
- You collaborate with the sales team and advise them on technical matters
- You are always on the lookout of industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices in maritime engineering, contributing insights to enhance project outcomes

Does this sounds like you
- Bachelor's / Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience in engineering project management, preferably within the maritime industry or related technology sectors.
- Strong technical proficiency in mechanical, electrical, and software engineering principles, with hands-on experience in system design and integration.
- Familiarity with remote operation systems, automation technologies, and maritime navigation systems is advantageous.
- Proficiency in E-plan and programming languages (e.g., Python, C++) for system design and development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions on time and within budget.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards relevant to maritime engineering projects is desirable.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for project-related activities.
