Nous sommes à la recherche d'un **Fleet Business Development Manager** expérimenté pour diriger nos efforts d'intégration des véhicules BYD dans les flottes d'entreprises. Si vous avez une passion pour l'innovation et une quête d'excellence, c'est votre chance de faire une différence significative.
**Votre rôle**
En tant que Fleet Business Development Manager, vous devrez:
- Stimuler les nouvelles affaires : Identifier et cibler les entreprises avec des flottes de 50+ véhicules. Développer des stratégies pour engager et sécuriser de nouveaux clients via divers canaux.
- Montrer l'excellence : Présenter les véhicules innovants de BYD, en soulignant leur qualité et leurs avantages pour les flottes. Utiliser votre expertise en fiscalité automobile et en coût total de possession (TCO) pour démontrer leur valeur.
- Construire des relations : Maintenir et développer des relations avec les clients existants, les encourageant à étendre leur flotte BYD.
- Collaborer et rapporter : Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les concessions BYD, fournir des retours précieux et rapporter directement au Responsable des Flottes.
**Votre expérience**
- Éducation et expérience : Diplôme de bachelier ou expérience équivalente. Plusieurs années dans l'industrie automobile ou de la location sont essentielles. Une expérience en vente de flottes ou en B2B est un plus.
- Expertise : Solide connaissance de la fiscalité automobile et du TCO.
- Compétences : Proactif, orienté résultats, avec d'excellentes compétences sociales et de communication. Maîtrise du français, avec une bonne connaissance du néerlandais et de l'anglais. Compétence en Excel et PowerPoint.
- État d'esprit : Indépendant, chercheur d'opportunités, axé sur les solutions.
