**Mission Description**:
As a Business Analyst, you'll play a crucial role in building a sustainable, green, and reliable energy infrastructure that promotes economic growth and reduces our ecological footprint. Working closely with other contingent workers and permanent staff, you'll contribute to creating an inclusive and diverse work environment that fosters innovation, creativity, and better results.
**Your Mission**:
You'll be integrated into the existing product team focused on "Customer Experience." This role involves both new implementations and support activities, with an emphasis on staying close to the standard functionalities of the tools in use. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Identifying and analyzing system bugs and proposing solutions.
- Preparing and conducting workshops.
- Collaborating with the business to optimize and harmonize processes through the analysis, description, and validation of business requirements, including process and information modeling.
- Leading efforts to simplify business processes.
- Formulating and validating user stories and defining acceptance criteria.
- Working with the business to validate and challenge IT functionalities.
- Supporting data quality initiatives.
- Developing test scenarios, participating in unit testing, and organizing end-user testing.
- Creating training materials and providing training to key users.
- Advising the product owner and stakeholders on prioritizing actions.
You'll also be part of a corporate chapter focused on improving and harmonizing business analysis methodologies.
**Requirements**:
**Technical Expertise**:
- SAP knowledge with experience in C4C is a must; experience in SAP-SD and CRM is a plus.
- Minimum 6 years’ experience in business analysis within the SAP C4C domain.
- Familiarity with BPM and UML.
- Ability to work independently with strong planning and organizational skills.
**Soft Skills**:
- Sharp analytical mind with a problem-solving attitude and a positive critical approach.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with a variety of stakeholders.
- Independent worker who is also team-oriented, customer-focused, and adaptable.
**Languages**:
- Fluent in English (speaking and writing) is essential.
- Fluency in at least one of the following languages: Flemish, French, or German.
**Additional Information**:
- **Working hours**: 40 hours per week, with a minimum of 2 days per week in the office.
- **Location**: Brussels, Belgium.
- Occasional travel to Berlin (approximately 1 day per month).
- Possess a work permit that allows them to work in Belgium.
- Hold a valid residence permit confirming the right to reside in Belgium.
