- Je helpt onze klanten bij hun noden rond rapporteringen en interfaces.

**Hoe ga je dat doen?**
- Dankzij jouw kennis en passie weet je onze klant verder te helpen op het vlak van **rapporteringsnoden**. Je zet de behoeften van de klant om in (maatwerk) rapporten via onze eigen rapporteringstool.
- Je zorgt ervoor dat onze software perfect communiceert met andere systemen (o.a. salarispakket sociaal secretariaat, HR en ERP-systemen). Je brengt in kaart welke **koppelingen en interfaces **nodig zijn en staat in voor het schrijven en het testen van deze interface.
- Over beide zaken **communiceer** je op regelmatige basis met alle betrokken **wel en niet technisch onderlegde** partijen, zowel intern (collega’s) als extern (klant).
- Je analyseert nieuwe aanvragen, hun urgentie en complexiteit. Je verzekert dat incidenten op de **meest efficiënte manier** worden opgelost.
