As UX strategist, you will connect business strategy with user behavior and needs. You will lead user research initiatives and facilitate co-creation sessions in order to design truly human-centered solutions.

You’ll work on different digital products (websites, mobile apps, software tools), for a variety of clients (from cutting-edge tech start-ups to established enterprises) and for different kind of end-users (both B2C and B2B).

You’ll define the right approach to achieve the needed outcomes for the right problem: from user research to journey mapping or rapid prototyping.

**You**:

- have at least **three years** of experience in UX or service design
- speak Dutch & English
- are driven by providing value and tangible outcome for both your clients and their end-users
- discover, understand, and communicate the business goals of our clients, the needs of their users, and how these come together
- design new concepts and communicate them effectively through customer journeys, service blueprints, prototypes, storyboards, and presentations
- organize and facilitate co-creation workshops
- have experience in design thinking
- are able to work autonomous but love to work in a close team
