**LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT COORDINATOR (Evere)**:

**Quelles seront tes responsabilités ?**

**En tant que Human Capital Coordinator, tu rejoins une chouette équipe et tu es en charge des tâches suivantes**:

- ** Learning**:

- Préparer le plan de formation annuel sur base des programmes de formations standards, de la gestion de la certification, de l’input du Business
- Être le point de contact pour les collaborateurs et le management pour tout besoin de formation
- Proposer les formations adéquates par rapport aux besoins du business
- Planifier les formations en collaboration avec les formateurs internes/externes
- Assurer la confirmation des formations aux collaborateurs et au management
- Gérer le suivi des formations (présences, annulations, évaluations, certificats, diplômes, etc.)
- Gérer et optimiser les relations avec les fournisseurs/points de contacts liés à la formation
- Développer et maintenir un catalogue de formation à jour, détaillé et accessible aux collaborateurs
- Assurer l’encodage qualitatif et dans les délais adéquats des données dans l’outil dédié
- Etablir les reportings opérationnels (statut des certifications, statut des demandes de subsides, aperçu des heures de formation, etc.)
- Préparer le Bilan Social
- Préparer toute documentation essentielle et participer en cas d’Audit
- ** Subsidy management**:

- S’assurer de récolter les informations nécessaires pour établir les demandes adéquates de subsides
- Remplir les formalités en temps et en heure pour l’obtention des subsides adéquats
- Sur base des informations de la Finance, des factures, consolider les subsides reçus pour un suivi par Business/Manager optimal
- ** Project management**:

- Participer/Gérer des projets Human Capital et/ou transversaux dans le cadre de la stratégie
- ** Operational marketing**
- Etablir, mettre à jour le contenu de communication afin d’optimaliser la présence sur les différents canaux digitaux.
- Gérer les campagnes de communication et évènements depuis le design jusqu’à l’analyse des résultats obtenus.

**Votre profil**:
**Tes talents et ton background ?**
- Excellente communication, sens du service et savoir travailler de manière autonome pour participer à de grands projets ensemble
- Proactif(ve), organisé(e), et avoir la soif d’apprendre, diplomate, discre(è)t(e) et ponctuel(le)
- ** Une bonne connaissance des deux langues nationales (FR/NL) tant orale qu’écrite.**:

- Une connaissance approfondie d’Outlook, Excel, Word et Powerpoint.
- Connaissance des média sociaux.
- Une expérience de minimum 4 ans dans une fonction similaire.
