**Je functie**:
- New **starters and leavers** administration (on
- & offboarding, maternity leaves,...)
- Generating **contract variation letters** from templates and drafting letters for colleagues
- To coordinate the provision of **recruitment services** including liaising with media suppliers, vacancy administration, carrying out telephone interviews, coordinating assessment days, etc.
- Leading several projects, such as the transition from paper-based to paperless filing (**digitalization**)
- ** Absence** recording and reporting
- ** Payroll **assistance and preparation
- ** HR filing** and providing support on the formalization of SOPs and/or audit compliance
- Answering at the HR related **questions** of the employees (salary, legislation, holidays,...)
- ** All around **admin tasks (creating badges of starters, scanning, archiving...)
**Je profiel**:
You are an HR Administrator who is ready to take the next step having had experience in managing day to day HR queries and issues. Additionally, you're looking for opportunities to **grow and develop** your skills.
- You have a **first experience** in HR position (certainly **Payroll**)
- Fluency in **English**, with proficiency in **Dutch**, French is a plus.
- You like to work** independently** and to **take initiatives **and be** proactive.**:
- Proficiency with **IT systems **(ex. : ATOS)
- Ability to work **independently, take initiatives** and meet** deadlines.**:
- Willingness to continuously **learn and grow.**:
- Excellent **communication **and professional writing skills.
