Als **Inside Sales Advisor** geef jij onze klanten telefonisch raad over de mogelijke brandstofkeuzes en help je hen de energietransitie te maken.
- Je stelt de meest gepaste producten, diensten & upgrades voor.
- Je doet ook aan cross-selling en houdt daarvoor al onze diensten, zoals ook tankkeuringen, in je achterhoofd.
- Je registreert bestellingen, volgt vragen rond prijzen of leveringen op en plant afspraken in voor onze techniekers. Ook naar opmerkingen en klachten luister je met veel begrip, waarna je gericht op zoek gaat naar snelle oplossingen.
- Je zet mee je schouders onder retentiecampagnes, zodat we ook de bestaande klanten de beste service blijven garanderen.
- Je houdt daarbij ook de mailbox in de gaten en verzorgt de administratieve afhandeling hiervan.
**Profiel**
- Je bent een vlotte prater, goede luisteraar en straffe meedenker.
- Kennis van het Frans en Nederlands is noodzakelijk voor deze functie.
- Je hebt een onweerstaanbare commerciële flair en zet de klant steeds op de eerste plaats.
- Je collega’s krijgen er een enthousiast teamlid bij op wie ze kunnen rekenen.
- Je houdt in je werkplanning rekening met het team en neemt deel aan de beurtrol voor de zaterdagvoormiddag-permanentie (dit wordt verwacht ongeveer 1 op 4 zaterdagen tijdens de winterperiode).

- Omdat de boog niet altijd gespannen kan staan; kan je het harde werk tijdens de drukke winter recuperen tijdens de zonnige zomer. Daarenboven krijg je bovenop jouw 20 wettelijke verlofdagen nog 12 betaalde ADV-dagen.
- Er wacht je een aantrekkelijk salaris dat we aanvullen met extralegale voordelen zoals maaltijdcheque van 8€ per dag
- Optie vaste
- De werkplek is niet bereikbaar met het openbaar vervoer.
