Als Lab Operation Specialist ben je een cruciaal lid van het Lab Operations team. In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor het implementeren, valideren en onderhouden van laboratoriumapparatuur en -software. Je speelt een vitale rol in het waarborgen van kwaliteitsnormen en compliance binnen ons laboratorium. Je werkt nauw samen met interne lab partners en externe leveranciers om een goede werking van onze testmethoden te garanderen.
What to expect?
- Dienen als aanspreekpunt voor een breed scala aan lab equipment technieken.
- Implementeren van nieuwe laboratoriumapparatuur en bijbehorende software.
- Definiëren van vereisten (URS) en kwalificatiebenadering, coördineren van validatie activiteiten (IQ/OQ/PQ).
- Zorgen voor het opstellen van vereiste documentatie in overeenstemming met regelgevende en compliance eisen.
- Onderhouden van nauwe samenwerking met interne en externe belanghebbenden tijdens initiële kwalificatieprocessen.
- Bieden van operationele ondersteuning voor bestaande apparatuur bij defecten of problemen, door samenwerking met leveranciers/service providers.
- Identificeren en implementeren van verbeteringsvoorstellen om processen te optimaliseren en apparatuurtrends te analyseren.
- Bijdragen aan digitalisatie-, automatisatie
- en innovatieprojecten gericht op het ‘lab van de toekomst’ en streven naar papierloze laboratoria.
- Verbinding maken tussen lab apparatuur en LIMS software via specifieke connectoren en centrale databases.
- Implementeren van client-server applicaties en sample/liquid handling autosampler robots.
- Rapporteren aan de Lab Equipment Team Lead.
REQUIRED COMPETENCES & SKILLS
- Je beschikt over een bachelor of masterdiploma, bij voorkeur in een wetenschappelijke richting zoals (Bio)Chemie, Ingenieurswetenschappen en/of Informatietechnologie (IT), netwerkbeheer, programmeren, datastructuren
- Je hebt minstens 1 jaar relevante werkervaring in een biotech, farma, research, clinical of medical devices omgeving.
- Je hebt ervaring in GMP (validatie/change control,..) en/of Quality Control (QC) is een sterk voordeel.
- Je bent een teamspeler die verantwoordelijkheid neemt voor eigen projecten en deze zelfstandig afrondt.
- Je bent accuraat en flexibel met sterke communicatieve vaardigheden.
- Je hebt sterke analytische vaardigheden en bent stressbestendig, assertief en klantgericht.
- Je bent accuraat en flexibel, met krachtige communicatieve vaardigheden, waardoor je effectief kunt communiceren en handelen.
- Je beschikt over sterke analytische vaardigheden, waardoor je complexe situaties kunt doorgronden en doordachte oplossingen kunt bieden.
- Je toont stressbestendigheid, assertiviteit en een klantgerichte benadering, wat resulteert in een aanpak die volledig is afgestemd op de behoeften van de klant.
- Je hebt goede kennis van validatie van lab equipment
- Je hebt ervaring met apparatuur in een QC-omgeving (HPLC, UPLC, GC, UV-Vis, FTIR, pipetten, koeltoestellen, klimaatkamers, enz.), kennis van CSV (computer system validation) of data-integriteitsremediatie en bekendheid met het opzetten van Windows-configuraties en softwareniveaus (NTFS-permissies, kiosk-modus, beveiligingsmachtigingen voor meerdere gebruikersgroepen) zijn sterke pluspunten.
