Weezevent is the Europe leading provider for Online Ticketing, Cashless Payment and Access Control solutions for live events of all kinds (festivals, sports events, conferences and others) and any size (Lollapalooza, Rock Werchter, Dour, Formula 1, Club Brugge and many others). The flexibility of the Weezevent system makes it extremely user friendly and customisable to any type of event.
Founded in France in 2008, Weezevent won the Innovation Grand Prize of the City of Paris in 2010, followed by the European Innovation Award of the Fast 500 in 2014 rewarding the fastest high tech growing companies. After a record-breaking 2017, Weezevent decided to expand its team to pursue an ambitious growth plan beyond the French borders. At present our team of over 100 people works in France, Belgium, Germany, Switzerland, Spain, Portugal, UK and Canada. Through our partners we operate as well in South America, Africa and Asia.
Weezevent is looking for a Client Service Advisor (M/F, based in Antwerpen).
Poste
In collaboration with the Client Service Manager, you manage the relationship with our users. With responsiveness, empathy and a smile, you support our customers in using our various products and help them resolve any problems they encounter.
You feel concerned by our customers' issues and want to find the best solutions for each of them. As a true facilitator, you are also in contact with all of Weezevent's departments (marketing, management, billing, technical, product, sales, etc.). Your main missions are:
- Following up on complaints;
- Creating quotes for prospects and monitoring invoicing;
- Producing content: online help articles.
Profil
We’re looking for a great team member
- You're fluent in English ;
- You have a positive, open and flexible attitude ;
- You work meticulously with sense of humour and a problem-solving mindset ;
- You like helping people, providing them with answers and making their lives easier ;
- You like talking to the waiter/waitress and/or the cashier/cashier at the supermarket ;
- Resourceful, you are convinced that there are no problems, only solutions to be found;
- You stay calm when everyone gets upset.
